What does an AOC mean for you?
The Air Operator Certificate, or AOC, is the operating certificate of the air carrier performing your flight. It confirms that the company meets the organizational and professional requirements prescribed for approved flight operations. Outside Europe, comparable approvals issued by the competent national authority apply.
